You just open your eyes inward.
 And that’s what I call meditation. 
    Mind opens outside; meditaion opens
 inside. Mind is a door that leads you
 outside in the world; meditaion is the
  door that leads you to your interior – 
   to the innermost shrine of your being.




Meditation practised on a regular basis can help you to reduce stress and improve the quality
of your life: more calmness, sympathy, joy and love will come into your life and you can expand
your consciousness and find clarity.
